Today I had a customer call to complain about me... he told my manager that I "didn't make him feel welcome" and he didn't think I enjoyed my job!
How could you make that assumtion? In order to like my job do I have to appear happy cheery at all times?????

I also had to work with meany new manager who likes to treat me like crap!....He called a truce...so maybe things will be better from now on. Here's hoping for the best
