my spelling sucks!!!

Ok today was the big day my 21 year old lil brother is as of now in the middle east with abunch of other boys no older than say 30ish!!!! honestly I think I don't like talking about the subject because I'm scared. thats hard to say so let me say it one more time (I'm working on facing my fears) I'm scared!! I'm scared that he's going to come back changed, or worse yet not at all!!!

In the past 2 years that Michael has been in the Army, occasionally I'll get the chance to talk to him while he's "at work" or "with the guys" as a typical boy he would never say "I love you" with in the last month he won't let me say good bye with out saying it . I think that alone shows alittle about what our boys are feeling.

when he was still a baby I would ask to hold him. When I was alowed to I would rock him and say "don't cry baby brother, don't cry"

well I'm crying now!! so lets talk about my birthday which is in 2 more days :) thats right folks this bright young lady will be 24 years old on the 24th day of Febuary 2003. it's my golden year 24 on the 24th!!! another year older and yet I still don't feel wiser?! not only does the wonderfull day mark my 24th birthday but it also happens to be my 1 year anniversary here in the amazing city of Austin!!

So I'm thinking of a tatoo to mark this speacial occassion. :) actually my mind is made up I will get a tatoo!! My friend michael (not brother) is drawing me something original. I want a daisy on the inside of my right ankle. Although he suggested scorpions or what was it? "a big boat oar" :) maybe those could be tatoo #'s 2 and 3 :)
